What to Expect

Your treatment journey typically includes:

Initial Assessment
A complete evaluation to understand your substance use, mental health, and—if needed—pregnancy-related needs. This helps us build a care plan just for you.

Medication
If appropriate, you’ll start medication-assisted treatment like buprenorphine, methadone, or psychological medication. Pregnant individuals receive specialized care with safe medications and OB-GYN support.

Counseling & Therapy
Regular individual and group therapy to help with addiction and mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, or postpartum challenges.

Peer Support
Work with peer recovery specialists who have personal experience with addiction and recovery.

Case Management
Help with housing, insurance, jobs, transportation, and childcare. Pregnant or parenting clients are connected to prenatal care and parenting resources.

Ongoing Monitoring
Regular check-ins to adjust your treatment and support long-term recovery. Perinatal clients receive extra support for both maternal and newborn health.
