Keri-Anne Boller, MSW, LISW serves as Chief Executive Officer of Community Health Ohio, the non profit affiliate of Community Health Alliance, bringing more than 18 years of leadership experience in behavioral health. A Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio, Keri is a passionate advocate for accessible, high-quality, client-centered care. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to integrated, community-based healthcare solutions that strengthen clinical excellence, operational performance, and long-term organizational sustainability.
Keri joined Community Health Alliance in 2020 as Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement, where she transformed the organization’s approach to data, oversight, and performance improvement. By implementing robust monitoring systems, strengthening risk management practices, and enhancing clinical documentation and reporting infrastructure, she advanced the agency’s quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. In 2023, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, leading organizational strategy, operations, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and performance management across programs.
In 2025, Keri was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Community Health Ohio. In her current role, she provides executive leadership and strategic direction for outpatient, crisis, and community-based behavioral health services. She partners closely with the Board of Directors to guide long-term strategic planning, organizational growth, and fiscal stewardship. Keri oversees a multi-million-dollar operating budget, drives diversified revenue strategies, strengthens payer and community partnerships, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards. She also serves as a key advocate at the state and regional level for policies that expand access to behavioral health care and advance system reform.
Throughout her career, Keri has held progressive leadership roles in compliance, quality improvement, supervision, and direct clinical services. Her experience spans adults with severe and persistent mental illness, youth and adults with substance use disorders, residential and partial hospitalization settings, and community-based care coordination. This breadth of experience informs her executive leadership with both operational vision and frontline understanding.
Keri earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. She is committed to cultivating strong teams, fostering trauma-informed and inclusive organizational cultures, and empowering professionals to deliver care that creates meaningful and lasting impact in the communities they serve.
