Introducing Health Break

In News

In 2026, Community Health Alliance will begin rolling out a new mini-series called Health Break—a short, meaningful look at the people behind the care we provide every day.

Health Break is designed to highlight our employees and the experiences, perspectives, and motivations that drive their work in mental health and recovery. The brief video clips provide a glimpse into what motivates our staff to do this work and how they connect to the purpose behind recovery and mental health care.

At Community Health Alliance, we know that treatment and services matter, but people are at the center of everything we do. Health Break gives space to those voices, offering a reminder that recovery support is built on empathy, teamwork, and the belief that progress is possible—even when the path isn’t linear.

As a sneak peek, one of our first clips features Brittany Bragg, Nurse Practitioner, answering the question: How do you define success?

New Health Break clips will be shared throughout 2026, featuring staff from across Community Health Alliance and offering messages of hope, understanding, and support.

To catch each release, follow us on our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages and stay connected as Health Break continues to roll out.
