We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality care. At Community Health Alliance, we accept a wide range of insurance plans and offer multiple options to ensure cost is never a barrier to your wellbeing. Whether you’re navigating Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance, we’re here to help.

We accept most insurance plans but if your plan isn’t listed or you’re not sure whether you’re covered, just give us a call – our billing team is always happy to confirm your benefits and help guide you through next steps. For some situations, we may even be able to establish a single case agreement or check out-of-network benefits.

    We also work with county mental health boards and grant-based payers, including:

    • Butler County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Services Board
    • Preble, Warren, Clinton Counties Mental Health Recovery Boards
    • Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services (Ohio)
    • Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD)
      Services may be restricted to specific programs like Room & Board, Drug Court support, or outreach funding. Authorization and pre-approval may be required.
