Recruitment often comes down to more than job postings—it’s about presence, creativity, and connection. At Community Health Alliance (CHA), those elements come together through the efforts of Christian Bradley, who has made himself a recognizable and approachable face at countless community and professional events.
Christian doesn’t just talk about career opportunities—he embodies them. Wherever he goes, he carries the banner of CHA’s recruitment efforts with energy and commitment, making sure the organization is seen, heard, and engaged with by potential candidates.
But his approach goes even further. Christian has turned himself into a “walking billboard.” The back of his recruitment shirt features a bold, scannable QR code. With a quick scan, eventgoers are taken directly to a dedicated page featuring Christian’s bio and the latest CHA job postings. This clever blend of technology and personal interaction makes recruitment both engaging and accessible.
“I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback about the shirts when I’m out and about,” Christian shared. “People comment on how cool it is and how convenient it is to get to the career site.”
That convenience, though, is paired with a vision. Christian is not just filling roles—he’s aiming to inspire and recruit a new generation.
“I’m targeting the next generation of behavioral health and addiction recovery professionals,” he explained. “There’s been a huge emphasis on mental health and the effects it has if it’s not addressed. A lot of young people really want to get involved, because many have seen the effects of addiction or mental health issues within their own families or among people close to them. I want to bring them an opportunity—a career opportunity—to make a difference.”
With energy, innovation, and a clear purpose, Christian’s twist on recruitment is drawing attention and sparking interest. It’s not just about getting people in the door—it’s about inspiring the future of care at Community Health Alliance.
